Considered the largest supermarket chain in Malaysia, Giant’s management of dozens of store outlets is no small task. Yet the company faced several challenges of managing a large in-house cleaning crew. Giant decided to outsource their stores’ cleaning services so that they could focus more on their core business, but the challenges of lacklustre cleaning standards still persisted. A call for change was made to resolve all issues by hiring a reliable cleaning professional.
